Founded in 2012 Creative Impact has served missionaries on four Continents and across numerous denominations. We exist to serve overseas, full time Missionaries with powerful tools to help them in connecting with their current and potential support base. And to bring glory to God by telling the stories of what is currently taking place in missions around the world.

Jim & Lynn Adams
Jim & Lynn founded Creative Impact Ministries in 2012.
Their first full-time ministry assignment was as church-planting interns in Santiago, Chile. After returning to the States they served as church planters and pastors over a 30 year period.
Jim is a graduate of San Jose Bible College in San Jose California. He is an ordained pastor with the Foursquare Church. With Creative Impact, Jim serves as the Director and Editor.
Lynn is the daughter of missionary parents. She served in church administration while pastoring with Jim for 30 years. With Creative Impact, Lynn serves as the Producer, Interviewer and the administration/logistics guru.
Lynn and Jim have five adult children and 15 grandchildren!
Andy & Rebekah Adams
Andy & Rebekah met and married in Nashville, TN. in 2008. They have two kids, Adelaide (7yrs old) and Elias (4yrs old).
Rebekah is a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University with a B.A. in Communications, a B.A. in Social Work and an M.A. in Counseling. Rebekah's main role with Creative Impact is in pre-production; conducting lots of interviews and assessments and helping to determine how to capture the missionaries' story to film prior to the team arriving on location.
Andy has been working as an audio engineer for over 15yrs. Andy serves Creative Impact as the production and post-production audio engineer as well the aerial and gimbal cameraman.
Andy & Rebekah joined Creative Impact in 2016.
